The application deadline for the 2026 TiE Women Boston Pitch Competition has been extended to June 22, 2026, offering women entrepreneurs a chance to showcase their startups.
BOSTON (June 12, 2026) — TiE Boston has announced an extension of the application deadline for the 2026 TiE Women Boston Pitch Competition. The new deadline is now set for June 22, 2026.
The TiE Women Pitch Competition is a global initiative aimed at supporting and showcasing women entrepreneurs. It provides participants with access to mentorship, visibility, investor connections, and the opportunity to compete on a larger stage through the TiE global network. Women founders from all industries and sectors are encouraged to apply.
Once the shortlist of participating companies and founders is announced, selected participants will receive mentorship to prepare for the competition. The first-place winner will earn the opportunity to compete at the TiE Women Global Finals scheduled for December 2026.
To be eligible for the competition, applicants must meet specific criteria. Only female-founded or co-founded startups will be considered, with the pitch opportunity reserved for the female founder or co-founder. Additionally, female co-founders must hold a minimum of 33% equity in the company.
Companies must have been in business for less than seven years at the time of application, meaning they should have been registered after January 1, 2019. Preference will be given to startups that are actively raising funds, while idea-stage startups will not qualify for screening.
