Mays, Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, alongside Lieutenant Colonel Sarah Bernal of the U.S. Army Reserve.

He is the founder and director of New Jersey’s first comprehensive Brain Tumor Center, established at Monmouth Medical Center. Dr. Raval is a board-certified neurologist and one of the few neuro-oncologists in private practice within the U.S. His expertise is further solidified by his neuro-oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Raval’s philosophy, built on the belief that quality of life is just as crucial as battling the disease, drives his compassionate approach to patient care.
