Google is enhancing its artificial intelligence initiatives in India through a new partnership with Reliance Intelligence, offering Jio users free access to advanced AI tools for 18 months.
NEW DELHI – Google is significantly expanding its artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives in India through a strategic collaboration with Reliance Intelligence, the AI subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited. This partnership aims to provide eligible Jio users with complimentary access to Google’s AI Pro plan for a duration of 18 months.
The AI Pro plan includes access to the latest Gemini 2.5 Pro model, advanced image and video generation tools such as Nano Banana and Veo 3.1, Notebook LM for research purposes, and 2 TB of cloud storage. This initiative is designed to enhance the AI experience for users across the country.
In addition to providing access to these tools, Google plans to work closely with Reliance to create localized AI experiences that cater to India’s diverse user base. This collaboration will enable Google to deliver its AI capabilities to consumers, developers, and businesses more effectively.
